Big brands have whole teams for their website, their Google listing, their Instagram and their customer messages. The clinic, café or shop down the road usually has one person doing everything, and the online side is the first thing to slip.
As a software engineer, I've built enterprise backend systems at Accenture and launched Watieq, an AI real estate platform now live in Saudi Arabia. The technology that helps big companies win customers isn't out of reach for a small business. It just rarely gets set up properly for them, or it's sold in a language they don't speak.
So I started shaiklabs. The idea is simple: give every local business the same tools big brands use, built with real engineering, explained in plain language over WhatsApp, and judged by one thing: more customers.
You won't be handed to a junior or lost in a ticket queue. I plan every project myself and build the technical parts, so the person you talk to is the person responsible for the result.
